I Love My Children, But… How Parents Can Minimize Liability Caused by Acts of Their Adolescent Children

Will be a fun discussion about all the ways our children subject us to legal liability, and what we parents can do about it. The presentation addresses issues such as: service of alcohol to minors, parental liability for the negligent driving of minor children, parental liability for assaultive conduct by our minor children, and the ways that parents can best protect themselves through appropriate insurance coverages.
